Noble is nothing what it was 10 years ago. People were knocking down doors to come here. But no longer. Friend called me about a job here and I told her NO WAY!!!!!!!!! I’m really disappointed. PLEASE LAY ME OFF.
I am sooooo sick and tired of tacky management by less than mediocre managers at Noble. It makes me puke in my mouth watching them pat each other on the backs for “continuous improvement” bs. Truth be told the mediocre middle managers have very little to do.
Heard the new review process is . Ten percent of employees are classified underperforming. If you are not in the good old boys club and get picked then your bonus to be cut up to half or if lucky you get 75% of it and boss man gets the extra. Or boss man can assign your missing 25-50% to his club member. Sorry to hear. Noble was once good employer
Lets be honest Noble is a substandard organization is almost every measurable metric. So it make sense their severance package would also be substandard.
I’ll second the garbage packages that Noble gives. Truly pathetic but that’s what Noble has come to be known for. Their employees mean nothing.
All the new Execs are trying to out do each other and have zero problems letting people go in each round. They take out better and better performers with no concerns about the collateral damage they are creating in the families of those impacted.
Why do you want to leave? I thought most of the employees liked Fisher.
Yes it’s a shame. Those poor people “involuntarily” laid-off at OXY got TWO years severance (including bonus) and all of their stock vested. Just about everyone at OXY had their hand-up hoping to be laid off. Compare that to the garbage package from Noble.
