Where the headcount is located also changes.
Heard from Senior + level there is a target of 60% "low cost region" and 40% "high cost region" employees. Adjustments will be made to reach
There were other smaller deals as well as several site closings. Plus, the move of GE GGO Employees to now become Genpact employees last year will reduce the count. Also, there was a round of layoffs in Q4 at Power.
A lot higher than the headcount will be on 1/1/2021.
264900 - 3000 (Lighting) - 9400 (Transportation) - 65800 (O&G) - 6000 (Biopharma Sale) - 16000 (2019 layoffs and attrition) = ~165K

2019 10K will be released on Feb 25 2020 (I think it's Tuesday) - that doc should have the most accurate headcount numbers (each group will list "Segment Employee Numbers" - e.g., Power was at 60K and Aviation at 48K in our 2018 10K that was released in Feb 2019)...
