I have a lot of unused PTO hours remaining and I checked MTO today to see if I can use them for February, but it says "There are no remaining Time Off Hours available for this period". Does that mean I'm not going to have a schedule in February?

Happens every year. I always try to book Super Bowl Sunday off and by the time the next year's PTO is open, the schedule is already our and it's too late.
Your manager can put them for you. You can't carry any of them for the next fiscal year.
February schedules haven’t been generated yet. calm down. Tomorrow we get Jan19-Feb 1 posted.
Can’t carry over PTO from fiscal 2019 into fiscal 2020. It’s also too late to schedule January 2020 even if you have 2019 hours left. You missed the deadlines.
Macy’s facial year starts February 1 you have to use all off your PTO till Jan 31st other wise you lose
Yes they must be used by February.
If you are trying to use what is left of your PTO hours for the next fiscal year, I don't think you can do that. You have to use all your PTO hours up for the current year by the end of January.
In other words, you cannot schedule THIS years PTO hours past the last day of January.
Relax. If I'm remembering correctly, that happened to me once when the company was in the midst of transitioning to the new fiscal year. It was a temporary glitch. Check with HR to figure out how to submit your PTO.
