If you are no longer employed, you check the box to the right in the screen, otherwise, it's the same as being in a store logging in.
If you are still a Lowe's employee you log into My Lowe's Life, then click on the My Lowe's life tab "My HR" dropdown button. Then from the MyHR dashboard click on the "My Pay" icon. Under that will be two options for viewing pay, "View My Pay" and "View My Pay Prior to 7/1/19". The latter is the old system, the new system click on the right arrow next to Lowe's to enter the system. Don't try to log in as clicking on Lowe's gets you to your account. The "new" system is called Workday.
Gotta love how Lowe's software dept loves to move things around and make you navigate to the ninth circle of Dante's hell to find anything.
