Was it just at my Store that a few Selling Managers that kept a portion of the cards for friends or "select" customers that they wanted to give them to? Thought these were for the first 250 customers coming into the store? Isn't this a form of stealing from the company?

These cards were to drive sales. Not to handle upset customers. Go to corporate A.P. not in store A.P. Colleagues would be fired so the managers should be.
Yes but what can you do about it. Managers will just say they were holding them for upset customers. This promotion is a nightmare to pull off. A few managers to monitor all entrances and hand out cards. Managing people who run from door to door for extra $10 cards. Does this promotion really bring in the shopper. Last year it took forever to give them away because our upscale customer could care less.
Well. I watched lp sit in that camera room and blast rap music and laugh like it was a big party and break every rule in the book and nothing happened to them. Why does it matter now.
