150 Days and no contract for Florida

Maybe the new CEO can tell everyone why during his town hall presentation to the FL workers in January?

Since there hasn’t been any raise for Florida workers in months due to the lack of a contract I wonder how much money the company owes all of its workers?

Get representation like Johnnie Cochran smh,,,,, well WTF is holding the union back from getting grievances, contracts , and every other problem we have handled.

Been paying for years and haven't seen a damn thing done. All b—s— like it's been for decades. Bunch of liars just like the company.

If you want to stop paying your union dues, you can request payroll to stop taking them out of your paycheck. You can only request this in March.

Yes you can opt out of the union in a right to work state. The union has to represent you if you were to get in trouble as well. Although I have told everyone in my local that if you are a full member and you get in trouble I will defend you like Johnnie Cochran defended OJ. However if you are a blood s—ing leech you will get the public defender.

Yes you can opt out in Florida and several workers have over the years. Ask your local union rep how to do it.

Certain states Union dues are voluntary. Here in NY they are mandatory and you cannot opt out of them. Look up your state rules if you arent sure. FL is a right to work state I believe and that is why you have the option to opt out.

Union dues are voluntary? It comes out of my paycheck automatically. I thought we didn’t have a choice.

Bernie Has approached IBEW and stated that he wants a new deal. Problem is that IBEW has increased our demands. We want free healthcare, 10% annual raises for all Union workers, and profit sharing. We will not settle for less. Bernie even recommended that union dues should be mandatory and not voluntary as they are currently. Bernie knows that Frontier can only survive with a strong IBEW. Please keep paying your dues!
