Was talking with my ASM in the SM's office, saw a note about interviewing for the FSA position dated today.

As a former employee laid off, I wouldn't jump on this sinking ship if you paid me more money. Lowe's is the Titanic and Marvin is the iceberg
If it was gonna happen they would at least change the name of the position so they dont look stupid.
I can see assemblers coming back. Just having the 3rd party do all of the assembly come busy season is asking for a disaster
If that is true, then all previous FSA's that were terminated still without a job or with a different position that came back, should be reinstated back to their job, with lost wages reimbursted over the unemployment timeframe. Also vacation and sick time reinstated, plus at least a 2 dollar an hour raise for their trouble's. Plus a written letter of apology, personally from Marvi himself, if he was an actual Christian as he goes around advertising all the time. Yeah right when pig's fly!
That would not be unexpected from this collection of dunces.
Maybe assemblies coming back will be next, or, attaching the Takl app to customers' My Lowes account.
