Anyone reached out to/knows about this agency for resume polishing/potential job opportunities? This was listed on the separation document as a consulting firm whom we can reach out to if we need any help with above

I've been working with them for a few weeks on resume and LinkedIn updates , so far I think they're services are worthwhile, and you get a consistent message from webinars and 1:1 sessions as to how to market yourself.
Lee Hecht is fantastic. Definitely take advantage of the LHH resources.
My wife used them and we were happy with their services
They have a lot of resources to choose from and from what colleagues who have used them have told me, they are excellent at beefing up and modernizing your resume.
