So few employees may or may not know this but NLRB is a new that Obama passed which allows employees to have conversations about the company not to mention unions, layoffs, and any other details. You are in fact protected by this very law which allows you to talk about raises and bonuses and everything else under the sun.
So why do I bring this up because management has to been informed to basically rat on you if you mention this in social media or otherwise. Basically they can not fire you since it's now against the law but they can find a way to talk to you to "solve" the problem which to me clearly means that they will find a way to fire you once they know you are a trouble maker.
I thought everyone should be aware since management is having these secret meetings but not letting them employees know. Shady company tactics in my eyes and other peoples eyes.
