Happy to report there was a massive layoff at Citrix last week due to reorganization. Perfect timing as it was just before the holidays to increase the misery and anguish imparted on the hapless serfs.
There was no internal memo but everyone knows it happened and no amount of inhumane-HR spin can hide the fact it happened.
Buckle up as this is not the last one in the coming months.
Henshall wishes you a Happy Holidays...

ctxs has 9000 employees per today's GEM.
How many thousands are we talking about? About 3% of one thousand. Absolutely massive.
how many thousands we are talking about ?
Bring it on b–ches
They are doing smaller layoffs at increased frequencies. Large scale layoffs lead to leaks beforehand and negative image afterwards.
Doing it this way means very little pre-warning and it keeps it under the radar.
Ha ha the cubicle roaches needed to be sanitized. Ha ha ha
It must have been a a "massive layoff" of 5 employees or less
This is the same BS as always. I’m not quite sure of the motivation for posting lies. Are you an angry ex-employee who has some resentment? Perhaps, a disgruntled current employee? The state of the company seems fine. Yet, every couple of weeks someone has to post “Huge culling next month”. Then when that month passes, it’s “it happened but you just didn’t realize it”. You people really need help. Get a puppy.
For clarification when you say massive layoff, what are we talking 50, 100, 200, 500 people here?
I left a few weeks ago for much greener pastures but interested to see how things unfold here...
There are people who were let go last week in from 851. This is inevitable when the people sitting inside cabins are non strategic, lack the vision, and focussed on saving own A**. Many more eliminations on the way in Q1 of 2020. New CIO needs to clean up the old mess.
