The company is f*cked up. Columbus will be a meth valley in 10-15 years when the world moves on from diesel. Move on peeps. Better (and bigger) places out there.
Cummins don't care, 2020 is going to be even worse and I see many more layoffs and we may see even some hourly layoffs.
Gotta "keep the pipeline open." It's like you haven't been listening to the HR folks about how layoffs are a good thing, and there's a 0% chance you'll be one of the layoffs.
Saw an advertisement on LinkedIn today - “Cummins is Hiring”. No doubt they will seek to replace the workers currently being laid off with new victims. These people are dirtbags - make no mistake about that.
Very good article, you will never see that printed in southern indiana anywhere. WE are going to get hit real badly and for a long time.
