How often do folks actually play the race card?

I'm 70 and not leaving, I push boxes around to engineering and prop my feet up on the desk.
I'll stay in this as long as I can and watch all the young people that work hard get screwed over Royal, yep I've got it made and I love it.
Why would they? Collect a lot of overtime, profit sharing, do minimal actual work. They can pretty much screw off whenever they want. They know HR is scared of the UAW and they just have to claim harassment or play the race card to get management to back off.
