Remote/Telework at FL HQ?

Since when did we start allowing people to work from home?

Working remotely is the future; trashing the planet with commutes and intercontinental flights is sad. Managers who don't have the skills to deal with remote workers that need to move on.

I have worked remote for many years and have made steady progress in my career throughout.

Remote positions exist, but it's going to be a dead end opportunity. Those positions/employees do not advance.

I completely agree with @129VHbaM-2hvk. Concerning CTXS employees, work anywhere means "get your *** into the office." The consequence for bucking the trend is to be shuffled into a basket of deplorables that are shunned and whispered about as people who are not "invested in their work." What a load.

It is one of the things I love about working from Citrix. My commute would be one and a half hours each way, two hours on a day with bad traffic. Instead I am allowed to work from home. I am much more productive and happy. With all the video equipped conference rooms I also never have to miss a meeting. Its a great perk. I do not however work in FL HQ.

er Id love to be able to work from home using my existing BYO and receiver. isnt that why we have it??? would get more done than sitting on 4th floor with all the noise and distraction
