Had a contractor come in and want 25 scoops for roof shoveling for the winter...told him we no longer carry scoops and that our new ceo doesnt feel we need them. He laughed and said this place keeps getting worse and worse... off to depot he went.

strange I posted on here then bam...scoops coming to my market...really Marv?
While not related to specific item in question the company has definitely reduced the total number of different items stocked at the stores since Marvin took over. Yet we are still fighting out of stock items. I can tell you that the ADC (Appliance Distribution Center) servicing my area is already in the negative on MANY of the items our customers are asking for and we are not even a third of the way into our month long Black Friday sale. And some of these same items haven't even landed at the coastal holding facilities servicing the ADC. Can't sell what you don't have and many customers are not open to buying something other than a specific model they are looking for and/or waiting weeks on end for their "stock" product to arrive. Loosing sales right and left to Home Depot and Best Buy who have the product. Can't even ICB since the items are no where to be found since corporate pulled practically all of the back room appliances from the stores once they rolled out their cross dock method of doing appliance deliveries (which has been yet another disaster). Bravo Lowe's corporate. I am sure the stores and their associates will all be blamed for the abysmal sales due to your incompetence.
To the know it all that said that you can get them back with a simple request....wrong answer smarty pants....rvp cant even get them back... you're the smartnone huh internet warrior
It’s SKU for stock keeping unit.
You’re the problem. If items get taken out (which is clearly not the ceo sitting behind a desk telling everyone the thousands of items to keep or get rid of) you can easily have it brought back with a simple request. Thank you for your highly educated post.
- Nope you’re the problem. While associates are covering multiple departments and throwing freight 8hrs a day. Corporate is hiding in their office turning skews off, without looking at past sales of items.
Associates are overworked and looking at less pay. Lazy managers and corporates answer go do more and I’ll dump more on you. The answer is simple, quit and find a higher paying job. They are easy to find.

I'm assuming they mean what we use to call a sh-t or grain shovel, way back when I worked on the farm.
What is a scoop?
