Heard JLL let go of its ENTIRE Internal Audit Department except for one person in the US. There were 22+ auditors on the Global team just about a year ago.
I was let go around August. They came up with bogus reason of letting me go, reasons that were never brought up to me from my manager at the time. That's why I was thinking JLL was going through hard times. It is what it is...a business...no loyalty, both ways. It was ironic. It was let go, right after Covid hit too. Coincidence? I think not.
Digital Solutions cut more heads on 10/27.
Big round of layoffs on October 13
JLL lost the Merck account due to a poor and inexperienced executive vice president. CBRE / Heery, hired this person. History may repeat itself.

Directly reimbursable employees have costs which are fully reimbursed by clients, primarily in our Corporate Solutions business. Specifically, reimbursable employees include our property and IFM professionals as well as our building maintenance employees.
Our employees do not report being members of any labor unions, with the exception of approximately 2,800 property maintenance employees in the United States, 80% of whom are reimbursable. As of both December 31, 2019, and 2018, approximately 70% of our employees were based in countries other than the United States

Cuts are pending which will naturally include people. 401k will be suspended for the remainder of 2020 based on a company email sent recently.
