This is Williams at it’s worst. Those high and low who simply “feel” they have the power and are gonna wield it. It’s the “Powerstruck Syndrome“, believing that others will do your bidding and acquiesce, because you can “Finish” them career-wise. You’ve heard the saying “power corrupts “: it does. Such a self indulgent philosophy leads such individual ‘s to refuse to recognize or openly relish the fact that they are disrespecting all others with little or no regard for or to the overall repercussions to the company as a whole.
