I notice something. Not only did our commissions get lowered to nothing. It seems they ( Macy’s) is siphoning off our sales. I would go clock out for lunch after I sold 1000 dollars in shoes and come back to only selling $500. !! I’m like I got $500 returned on me in 1 hour ? That’s like impossible! Not only me but other have noticed this. It’s like $300-500 off the top when we punch out.

On commission in shoes? When you go Open Sell, you won’t be on commission any longer.
Not sure about suits but I heard cosmetics and perfume is going to the tier in June 2020. I notice from reading thru a lot of this is. If Gm of stores are quitting. Your job isn’t safe anymore. I heard they will shrink to 650 stores by nov 2020 and by 2021 they will have 450 stores left. I see the writing on the wall. Plus the place has become so Dysfunctional where it seems nobody works or barley works. Leaving the people who do work to do ALL the work !!
And in February we start over at 0 sales. But is it true that men's suits doesnt start over?
That sounds downright illiegal, typical for Macy's!
