Newer employee here, this will be my first Xmas with xerox, and I’m wondering if they usually give a Christmas bonus to employees, and what it “generally” is if they do. I’m assuming they give something, since every job I’ve had before has given some type of bonus. Even if it was just a gift card to the store I worked at when I was younger.

At my GIS Core, we always get a 18 lb -ish turkey the Monday before Thanksgiving. I've been here for more than a decade and every year we've gotten them and just got one this past Monday. Not sure what the other cores have done in the past or if they still are doing anything. We normally have a nice holiday party that we can bring our SO's too, but have not seen any notices for that this year and it's normally sent out in Nov with a "Hold the Date" tag line.
Why stay at such a joke of a company for 30 years? Wake up!! There are plenty of other jobs out there with great companies. Don’t sit here and complain about no bonus over 30 years. Are you kidding me?? If your job s—s move on it’s that simple.
You get a end of year bonus of company 401k match if you are still around to collect.
27 year employee, never got a bonus. It should not surprise anyone. We didnt even get a bonus like all other large service organizations gave their people after last years corporate tax cut. XEROX IS ONE OF THE F—ING CHEAPEST COMPANIES I'VE EVER SEEN!!

We usually get a trial membership for 'Jelly of the Month Club' the past few years
XBS core here. We got a WalMart gift card for years. $30. Not sure if we’ll get it this year because XEROX.
We typically got a $20 gift card or some type of Xerox trinket like a mug or pen.
I usually get about $100k. Normally paid the week before Xmas.

My XBS core always gave out Christmas Bonus - $25 but I don’t expect to see that now Xerox has penetrated us.

Oh you poor new employee. You really thought this organization would provide you with a Christmas bonus. Have you not seen the carnage happening at Zerox? This company is in survival mode and you would like your Christmas bonus. Almost 30 years at this company and not even a card or acknowledgement. Let me know how that bonus works out for you. I would definitely ask my manager when to expect it.

I feel sorry for you if this post is not a joke. The answer is there is no year end bonus, benefits decrease annually, everyone is jumping the sinking ship.
We get a great staff party in the UK although the managers have to be a little discreet with their expense claims!
Been working Xerox for 5 years as a technician; I've never received a Christmas bonus.
Only bonus Xerox gives is the freedom to find a new job. Expect nothing but pink slips.
