I heard a few weeks ago that there were going to be significant layoffs between the holidays. It looks like some of it is already starting.
I also heard that some Senior execs (former L3) are pretty p-ss-d about whatever is about to happen.
The writing is on the wall that they are probably going to consolidate most shared services positions but I would be very surprised if they are in a position to start doing that now.

To managers/supervisors, treat your employees with respect and they wont team up against you. As a matter of fact to all employees. Remember your treatment of others will create enemies and we have all had enough. Go to work do your job and go home. Your gossip and lies will come back to haunt you. There's a new sheriff in town.
From what I've seen all the ones layed off were terrible people. BC gave raises to females when they showed their cleavage, SE and PA had a nasty little affair. AA was known to constantly s-xually harass young interns. These people were let go because L3 never had ANY standards when it comes to upper management. Now that Harris came and heard the many many complaints against these "leaders" they knew they couldnt keep them and have any type of respect from the workers. There are still a few boomers left that constantly gossip and run to HR on everyone. If you are an HR tattle tale, 60 year old child then guess what? Your next. Finally some standards will be coming to this company. I encourage all employees that have been harassed by these do nothing dinosaurs to immediately report it to ethics. We have been and its finally working. Behave now. Bye bye ;-)

Good thing I already left CSW. F— that place! Had a supervisor report me to ethics because they wanted to try and get me for something even though I was clean. funny I was already looking for a job and just decided after that meeting I was done and quit right after. I have since took another job and got a fat pay increase with a company that actually treats their employees good. Anyone still at CSW, I can tell you the market is hot in Salt Lake and I had to turn down other job offers when I took mine. get the hell out of that sh– hole while you still can!
