Customers are complaining daily! Either no one is manning the department or the person there has no knowledge of the department.
Eliminating the Pick Up Desk was a HUGE MISTAKE as customers are now waiting in long lines - instead of getting in & out under 10 minutes! This is not Customer Service...Marvin!
You have the id–ts at corporate confused with someone who has a clue. They obviously do not know what they are doing. Every time they eliminate a position, it creates a bad scenario for us in the trenches to get yelled at by customers, while the mo–ns at corporate hide in their cubicles.
He eliminated it because it wasnt HIS idea. Thats how self absorbed this a hole is.
He doesnt care about customers or employees, etc. Only himself.
