Rumor is Hackett tower has been sold. Can anyone confirm?

Howard Hughes makes since. Where else would they place their HQ and they bought the CBI buildings as soon as they were available
So ALR 10 years, Hacket? 10 months? Just to next August?
OXY is selling both towers and will lease back space in ALR for 10 years.

Guess we got that settled in the announcement this morning.
Could be true since their headquarters are moving to the Woodlands. After all the APC VSP and Change of Control folks are gone everyone else can be consolidated into Allison Tower. On the positive side, could mean some job opportunities for APC folks.
If true then most people working in Hackett Tower will be gone by the end of the year. So pack up folks!
I have heard the same rumor - to Howard Hughes Corp., but I cannot seem to confirm or find evidence against such rumor..
