It’s been along time in the making. The company is to top heavy. Very greedy executives and this is the result.

Started with Greg Engles before Tanner. Tanner was an Engles yes man who got rich riding Engles coat tails. Both set all of this in motion and then Ralphie accelerated everything by not understanding or caring to learn how the dairy business works and firing or running off anyone who stood up to him.
It all began with the greedy Greg Tanner. They learned from the bottom of the barrel, and did not change a thing, just kept lining their pockets.
