Before, stress levels would increase around layoffs but then things would go back to normal for at least a while. Lately, that has not been the case. There is no time to relax even for short periods, stress just keeps mounting. And now I'm starting to worry this is our new normal. What happened to this place?

@12037cbn-rtcq it's still awful. My office is ruled by poisonous cliques of contractors, desperate to one up another to try and secure permanent roles. No backbone from the management, in fact they seem happy to watch it unfold.

C Levels are leaving? Fantastic news for the shareholders! The more senior C level leaving, the better. It's hard to believe how these incompetent leaders let a driving telecommunications force company become so irrelevant! But hey! They are all so proud of yet another cool but useless sip phone! Unless it's 5G enabled, guess what? NOBODY CARES. Unless you are waiting for a package, get off the sinking ship while the job market is good!!!
