Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

EOS is live

I watched an associate take the EOS survey. Much to my surprise there is a section at rhe end of it where you can write your own comments. I will utilize this to lay waste to what was once a decent place to work for. Marvin and Joe and Jen say they want our honest opinions. That is just what they will get. No holds barred and no quarter will be given.

its a weapon used by corporate to get even nastier to store management. they literally seek store employees feedback knowing youll be upset at the policies they have forced store management to ram down your throats. and then use your anger to claim store management didnt ram down their edicts in the "right way". take the survey....rate your store as being awesome...and any place that you can clearly blame corporate for something...do so. show corporate you understand that this is a divide and conquer tool and you stand with your store against corporate. the emperor isnt wearing clothes. dont let them continue to get your praise for them wearing the finest linens.

because here is what will happen when you bash your store......corporate will read all those tens of thousands of complaints (to what is actually their policies and pushes to manage by fear) and will use it to push store management to be even nastier.

No snacks at my store, management probably ate them at their Monday afternoon meeting.

The last two surveys done at my store were ignored; lowest scores since the store opened 12 years ago. Im expecting this one to be ignored as well.

The part where you say bad things was limited to 50 characters and the part where you say good things allows for 500 characters. No bias there. Lmao!

EOS (now called BEST) is ONLY a tool used by corporate to see how many employees can be controlled. By participating in the survey and doing it, corporate measures managerial success. They want to see if managers can get high participation results which they believe is a metric for controlling their "teams".

The best thing any employee can do, is NOT do the survey at all.

What do you mean by “you watched “? I’m PT and work tomorrow and since not avail from my home, was wondering where I could take it, was thinking about training room and use end station and turn monitor if possible so those walking in can’t see. Not all that anonymous since need to log in and at my store collect chip for pretty much mandated team survey contest.
