It's happening tomorrow. The HR k–l team will be there 15 October. Wireline and frac are being pushed out. Maintenance and cement will probably see heavy cuts, too.

Yep, Rock Springs started today. It’s happening now.
Out of curiosity, where did you hear this? I keep hearing that Rock Springs isn’t having one today. I know North Dakota and Vernal were hit today. There only option was to relocate to Williston ND with no travel pay, no housing but you get a housing allowance. Probably around $1200.
