Even with all the support from DC, Zovio continues to spiral downward. ZVO cannot just cut their way out of this mess.

Wait till the numbers are in, another losing quarter and another hit to their dwindling reserve capital. This maybe a blood bath, the stock may see $1.20. so much for the 400 million dollar company that is now less than 50mill and dropping.
They can't stop the losses. This could be a dollar stock at the end of the year.

Earnings call should be in early November...unless there is a problem.
