Global numbers are abysmal. The CFO buying shares with both hands won't mitigate the stock price erosion. Maybe this quarter Henri will eliminate commissions instead of capping them.

I think the comment was "eliminate". NetApp is almost as savvy as IBM now at the stock price and earnings shell game. Neither has increased revenue over the last 5 years and both buy back stock, lay off employees and eliminate benefits. IMHO This is not a recipe for growth or success.
