Its ironic that the "good old boys" passed on Michael Jones (alleged racism) and that the outcome would be Marvin (hedge fund puppet). Usually a non minority wins over a superior candidate,
causing the discrimination. Here the worst candidate being a minority won over the best minority candidate while alleging discrimination. Lowe's can't even get discrimination right! Geez.....

You’ve got to be kidding. The guy had a do-nothing job when he was at Lowes(“Chief Customer Officer”), why on earth would you promote him to CEO?

He probably would've been a snake just like the rest of them
given all the circumstances....i gotta believe jones would have tried to run a company and they knew it...hence passing him over....activist investors come in....force new board members and then they work to install marvin...who, he, himself, has let it be known he exist to make shareholders happy and not run a company
