Marvin came to our store for a town hall. The troops rallied to make him feel welcomed and make the store look good.
Our FSA got to meet him, this man the most true blue Lowe’s employee I’ve ever met. The man was vacuuming the ceiling of our receiving area. He painted every line yellow and post tan. He was the heart and soul of the effort. The very next day he was laid off. That day I lost any respect and desire to work for Marvin. After he looked into the eyes of our FSA in his brown vest and said that you for being a prime example of what a Lowe’s Associate should be. Knowing that he had given the order for him to be in an unemployment line.

Absolutely. I have never seen a company turn so anti-employee so fast. Three observations I have when I see him speak: 1) He seems to have a very limited vocabulary and knowledge of basic economic concepts. 2) He has a hatred of most all Lowes employees. 3) He is over his head in this position.
maybe that executive currently suing lowes for being overlooked and then fired was seen as a guy who actually wanted to run a company and see it thrive.....
Who would replace him?
Remember when we all hated Niblock? Now look who we have, a god blessing grim reaper hatchet man with a remarkable disdain for store associates- the very people that make him money.
