Don't think the UAW will win the fight about jobs moving south. I've seen the Mexico workforce grow by 2,000 workers over the past three years with at least 20 product launches in Silao, San Luis Potosi, and Toluca over the next few years. Sorry UAW, temp jobs are moving south.

"We pay taxes, support our communities, and do much more with our wages in the United States." Every single american can say this, including the homeless. This is not a reason to give someone a job though.
@11sBK3wh-1yrw, people pay taxes and support their communities in Mexico, France, Japan and any other country. That doesn’t make any country great, but it keeps every country running. So, the issue here is not if America or Mexico are great or not, but when jobs go to foreign country, domestic people stay out of income, cannot support their community (community needs to support them) and America does not collect taxes.

Difference between American workers and Mexican workers?
We pay taxes, support our communities, and do much more with our wages in the United States. In Mexico, they could care less about these things which make our country the best country in the world and are happy that CEOs like Mary and her CFO are destroying US Manufacturing by sending our jobs out, giving our patents to China - and much more.
Launch team just added two more launches in Toluca just last week. Jobs coming back to the US? Not happening!! UAW would cringe if they saw GM's launch schedule.
Yeah, most UAW I've seen have it easy and they get paid 6 figures. Time to trim the fat.
Earn a degree to two as white collar, amount who knows how much in college debt, and gets paid less.
