80% of the Hub work will be totally automated within 5 years. Lease space will shrink to fit the remaining 20%. The remaining 20% of work force will require higher skill and pay and much easier to recruit in Hub locations than the old small town footprint.

General departments - filled with leaders stuck on status quo too afraid to make any decision other than No. holding back the organization.
