80% of the Hub work will be totally automated within 5 years. Lease space will shrink to fit the remaining 20%. The remaining 20% of work force will require higher skill and pay and much easier to recruit in Hub locations than the old small town footprint.

unless da farm do better with alternative working like from ya crib da hubs won't compete with others.
General departments - filled with leaders stuck on status quo too afraid to make any decision other than No. holding back the organization.
Don’ t forget better schools, shopping, restaraunts and college/professional sports.
God, I hope they all do. Better climates, better taxes, better housing markets.
Digital analytics should move to the hubs where leadership can drive change and attract the right talent. Our leadership needs support.
