Retention Bonus

Has anyone’s bonus different than when they recieved first retention notice?im assuming if we worked extra hours bonus should be more?

Guess you will just have to trust nestle will calculate it correctly, lol especially since you wont see it til 2 months after your ldw. I for one am printing out all my paystubs from may7 to Ldw. Will be hard to correct if your no longer an employee, we’ll see

No one’s retention bonus estimate on their LDW form will be any different from the first form because values are estimates based on 6 months of data from May 2018 (as stated). It’s used for illustrative purposes so employees can get a general idea of what their retention bonus would be like. However, if you’ve accumulated more hours from May 2019 to your LDW (a new 6 month span different from that of your estimate the estimate), then yes you’ll get more on your retention bonus. They couldn’t put a new value on the LDW form because they don’t have the hours yet; naturally because you haven’t reached your LDW yet. Hope this is helpful!
