Do you think we can claw back some money from the CEOs that got really rich while doing illegal stuff and destroying it for all of us? It must be tens of thousands of people are suffering because these CEOs decided to cook the books in order to get enlarged bonuses.

I like this idea. I heard they are going after the founder of WeWork (ex-CEO) for the same reasons - so, we should be able to do so. I wish this reaches JW

SEC is an impotent government agency say the least.
If nothing else should be brought up on charges of fraud to all the shareholders. Unreal the SEC has not gone down that path.
