So now All OPS Leaders will have there desks on the floor in there areas. This will be great for the LAZY people. Also now we will see how much management don't do.

What do you mean all ops leaders will have their desk out on the floor? Literally they are doing this?
Some union we have to allow this to happen. Less pay more work with no job security. Well at least GM had the guts to strike for what they want.
Ha ha ha I can not wait until the summer months. This place has been turning into a real sweat shop all because of corporate greed. I have a feeling my pink slip will come soon but not soon enough.
