Is this the end of the PSE program? Are we saying goodbye to our DSSMs? I heard there is a hiring freeze.

If this is true...the chain is in motion. Marvin would cut his own mother to make a profit. Best to have a plan, not just Pse and Dssm but all associates...sinking ship

It seems with the new training for PSEs that there is some commitment to the program, however, the heightened pressure and recent push to Glen Garry, Glen Ross style “Closers get coffee” attitude from management does seem to lean towards an urgency to show value. So many rumors right now I dont know what to believe. Of course the bug one is the program will be shutdown Q1. Who knows? If they follow the HD model which is how their handling everything else, PSE is gone...
