Its rather amusing that the company thinks the elimination of the spiff allowance has just been swept under the rug and forgotten well guess again would be a good idea to get that army of attorneys polished up you will need them. The wheels are greased and we are gonna fight for what was promised its on paper and it was stated by rick damron who was number 2 man in company. You don't just arbitrarily decide hey lets cut this money although we promised it just because your investors put on their pressure. Get ready cause the fight is just around the corner......

Anyone know if a class action suit has been started. I know my attorney said to wait until they actually take it away preventing them from back peddling. Apparently it can be difficult to get them for what they say they'll do but once they've done it we up out chances in mediation/court (which of those depends on how hard they want to fight it.)
It's a slap in the face I agree, but I don't see what grounds any lawsuit would really have. They can promise anything to us, at the end of the day none of it is binding.
