Under this leadership, I have no doubt that it is. Hypothetically, if Marvin and hiss leadership were to leave, can the company survive, or have they buried it too deep?

Any company that puts out videos on unconscious bias, then a month later says they put all customers in one of 4 categories, and one category is millenials, has no vision.
Lowes will survive, however Marvin's concepts have to fail in order for the chairman of the board to remove him. Don't worry, everything Marvin has rolled out so far has failed
They will survive, but they wont be #1, Lowes is replacing knowledgeable associates with 18-22 yr old folks that really dont have to work and are not dedicated.
If Marvin were to leave and take his possie with him it would be decades to restore the damage.
