Nestle recently issued a layoff notice through the Illinois Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act indicating that its permanent closing will affect 37 employees who work in Tinley Park. The first layoff date is Nov. 1, with layoffs to be completed by Dec. 31, according to the information listed in recent WARN notices.
