We have tried to get help with the other PGLs and tried with the manager, even tried with HR but my worthless PGL is still a PGL. He has created a unsafe work environment. He does not come to safety meetings. He does not know a thing about our work. He takes more time off than he is allowed. He does not try to help us learn more, but yet he continues to be our boss. We are going to start sc-aping parts maybe if we hit the bottom line they will care because nothing else but money seems to matter.

The legal department will investigate the theft of time for sure and maybe the safety concerns, but the rest is just your feelings. All that you can do is report the behavior and if it’s legitimate they will take care of it.
Must be giving good head! Someone must have money and time invested in him!
Maybe they will figure it out at poker night or at the golf game.
