Were all the people who set up contracts and handle OOG rebadged? Will HCL be handling that?

yes all badged and training them is a living hell, trying to track who is doing what, checking their work, having to log every friggen thing wrong or right, submit tracking spreadsheets and they don't understand that time is of the essence, no freaken clue
COS here, only one of us was not rebadged
I know our core has had issues even getting responses from other cores to process OOG orders.
Cant speak for all cores cause I am unsure, but at ours yes they were rebadged. Our entire contract billing team was rebadged.
