I read that article and it is exactly how I feel every day. Leaving Lowe's is the last thing that I want to do. It is a great job if you put the effort in, although in my 15 years morale has declined greatly so the effort has, too. Keeping your head down and doing your job is difficult when everyone is stretched so thin. Things need to change for the better soon because I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired.
