Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

CCC Sales Auto Compensation

Is it true that Added Car transactions will no longer be compensated? If so, how will the Sales Reps not going to the Raw New team make any money?

Hi everyone! I love you all! Our agents and CCC should harmoniously work together!

Agents, if you have concerns over CCC or feel there is an issue with training, you should take it up with corporates L&D! Let’s be honest, training programs are AWFUL! You are always welcome to suggest new ideas for training. CCC training falls short in state specifics, so I can understand how frustrating it must be for the agencies!

CCC, given State Farm’s poor culture, I would suggest working for a competitor. Most competitors pay more than SF. A lot of people in CCC have switched to Allstate, Liberty Mutual or National General.

@9vuy I’m not sure who’s getting a neck tattoo lol! I never saw that.

I heard about CCC losing commission on added vehicles, oh well. Just go to a different company and make more. You can do It! The agencies can handle everything themselves.

CCC sounds exactly like agency when you describe it like that.

That was the rumor about a year ago back when I was in sales . It was rumored there would be 2 tiers, the first tier would do more service work, which included adding cars with no commission. The second tier would do raw new , state to state transfers , rec vehicles etc. The idea was to give people in sales something to work towards . As I understand that idea was sc-apped after sales and service wasn’t combined .
