Thread regarding PepsiCo Inc. (Pepsi) layoffs

PepsiCo leadership has lost the courage and intuitiveness do anything other than market dream strategies and tooth fairy promises. Now more “transformational” projects are announced. When was the last time any major project was successfully delivered at this company. Each was a disaster dressed up to look like a bright sunny day. None the project leaders that continually miss deliverables, or mislead senior leadership, have ever been held accountable. It’s the same herd of misfits given the torch for the next lap of going nowhere. What a comedy. Outsourcing started 6 years ago and it has not shown any signs of progress. Did someone all of sudden find a magic lamp and set a genie free that will grant a wish for success. What an embarrassment this company has become. Please cut me loose !!
