First day of "customer centric" schedueling

Nobody in lumber scheduled all day! Nobody in millwork or flooring until 10am!

I can do one better, we are not using the centric scheduling yet and its a regular occurrence for my store to have no one scheduled to either open or close lumber, millwork, paint, and flooring. And no one cares.

Unless you’re in a test market (you obviously aren’t since you said it was the first schedule) then you haven’t seen the first schedule under customer centric scheduling. This doesn’t go live until the November 9 schedule. Sounds like just poor planning at your store.

From “test” market. You have two options: 1) get used to it; 2) leave
