What level of attrition are the other stores facing, cause at my store, most of the long timers are already gone, and the ones that are left are all actively looking for other jobs? Have we really reached a point nobody in their right mind wants to stay at Lowe’s?

I have 5 years in and I am now the associate who has been in my department the longest. Our 16 year vet left before the 100 days and our 12 year vet left 3 weeks ago.
I’m looking to leave as my store keeps hiring know-nothing, do-nothings that make more money than me.
