We have an RSR that was let go 2 weeks ago for clocking in and out from home. He was really vocal about having to wait 2 or 3 weeks for his pay to catch up due to only getting about 20 hours a week. It seems his solution caused him a bigger problem. The ASL was so angry.

Sometimes cheaters just cant stop cheating, dont be dumb, too close to the end..
Our pay has been guaranteed for nearly 2 months now. Ridiculously bad time to "cheat" hours.
Just go through the damn motions. There is nothing more to gain nor lose, besides our severance/retention packages at end!
That has always gone on
A little different now. Some have NO stores at all on their routes....they are told to punch in and out from home??
Exactly Nestle would not have any employees if that was the case !
Honestly surprised this hasn't happened more often. I only know of 1 person who has been fired for this even though nearly every employee I know has been doing this for years. Back when we had paper time cards that had to be faxed in every week, I remember looking at the timecard for the guy who was training me on my first route and he put 12hrs every single day. Even though we would only work about 8 most days. We would even see our DSL in the depot everyday when we left, so they knew what time we were really done. Nothing was ever said about it, they didn't care and as far as I know the guy is still with the company today. It seems like you have to piss somebody off for them to actually report you and do anything about it.
