Marvin is like an old sock puppet they bring out every time they want you to work. My store pulled the Marvin’s coming card last week, he was six hours south of us. Marvin is in a smle most of this week, good luck

We aren't afraid if him and he knows it. We email him, and shoot it straight.
He's avoided us repeatedly, and has cancelled.
We treat his corporate cronies the same way when they show up and start demanding and dictating. "This customer needs help"... I said, "well, help him then. I'm with 5 myself and we have no staff thanks to you people".
Seriously. I stated the truth.
Corporate is stifling efficiency, and optimization. They have created complacency and mediocrity. The ones who have always exceeded, have dropped down the level of those allowed to do nothing. Corporate is the problem.
When we are about to be walked, we all leave sick. Managers then work doubles to dress up the t–d for the clown posse. All smoking mirrors, just like Lowe's stock.
We all know the level of bs now is so deep that soon we will all wear red Lowe's hip waders instead of vests.
Do as little as possible. Let it all fail. If Marv believes we all s— and aren't needed, prove him wrong.
So how was Marvelous Marvin’s visit to your store just curious how it went and if any one questioned Marvin and what he is going to do next to screw the associates and piss more people off he needs to go before there is no more Lowe’s because he destroyed it with all his stupid ideas that he took from Home Depot he is just a dumb–s.

Ugh... the thought of being back at that company and having to dress up the t*rd he has created and kiss his *ss makes my stomach turn. He knows no one will ever stand up and tell him in front of everyone what a pos he is. It's because everyone is afraid of causing change on themselves. People like him FEED on that. Might want to be sure to have lumber looking exceptionally well and roll out the red carpet there because he will more than likely need to enter through larger doors because his god blessed head is too big now to use the main entrance.
Our store is in Marvin’s and Joe’s old stomping grounds. We were in the top percentile in sales growth in the entire state, and we are a large state. They are coming to tell us what a nice job we have done for them. Its a dog and pony show.
Will they be bringing bonus money for the store employees or a big bag of nothing?

i pretty much figure they announce the visit for the sole reason that they know the red carpet will be rolled out for him, payroll blown, the store will make it look like all the ceo's decisions are working. it literally is the emperors new clothes. these men are megalomaniacs. the visits are announced so that they can feel like kings.
It’s pitiful that “Anonymous” feels they are making a useful contribution by repeatedly posting “Back to work.” Probably the same person who keeps posting “Marvin should be a barber...”

I dont know why CEOs announce visits. They have to know the store is just going to blow payroll for the market to hide the issues.
Piss on that piece of s*** maybe he'll be involved in a bad traffic accident on his way and spend the rest of his miserable God blessed life drinking out of a straw

What a waste he should just come unannounced to see what the store really looks like instead of going thru all that to make it look pretty. He needs a dose of reality what the associates should do is all call off the day of the visit. Also ask him if he is on the new scheduleing so he gets a taste of his so called work life balance. Guaranteed if I would be at that store I would be getting fired after I told him what a joke he is and he needs to get his head out of his ass
