Unfortunately, unions don't really help.

They will take part of your paycheck in dues, and "collectively bargain" nothing in our favor.

Union bosses would golf with VPs at corporate, and tell you they are working for you.

The whole scheduling system is a joke, I am a specialist that used to be a dept manager and since I am a man cause our store manager is a misogynist and I am single I am constantly put on overnights to “correct” problems. While the schedule was out for three weeks, I was called this morning on my day off and told that I am now on overnights for the next 3 weeks due to a regional visit. I explained several times to my manager that I would be unable to work those shifts due to personal issues and I was told that I can either work overnight and sleep during the day or sleep during the night and spend my day at the unemployment office the choice is mine to make. I’m so sick and tired of this company treating its workers like slaves, no company should treat its workers this way. I have one ASM with an ulcer that was caused due to stress and for other managers who are popping Xanax and other pr-scrip-ion mood stabilizers so that they can deal with the job. I actually heard an ASM and a department supervisor jokingly discussing whether or not they should k–l them selves and leave a s–c-de note blaming the store manager and the corporation for driving them to that decision. We are human beings the company should treat us like them.

This is the type of situation that caused Unions to form in the early 20th century!

I guess maybe it’s time again. Greed runs unchecked unless there is barriers in place to keep it in check!!!

Obviously, employees are only treated fairly & with human decency when the rich are forced to do so!!!!

This new schedule will save the employees money too. You won’t need your home anymore because you’ll never be there!

Once your spouse leaves you, you can just rent a room near the store to sleep in until you go back to Lowe’s the next day!!!

If you have children, they won’t know you because you’ll never see them!!!

You will simply exist to serve the wealthy Board of Directors, Shareholders, and dear, benevolent Marvin Ellison.

This is but another example of the further degradation of the Working Class people in our Country. And the widening gap between the Billionaires and we peasants!!!

This is nothing but pure GREED at the expense of fellow human beings.

Do you really believe that God will forgive you Marvin for all the pain you’re causing working families???
