I see so many on going issues in my store and I like many others have found solutions are not to be found within Lowe's. Maybe it's time to move outside of Lowe's. Social media and news sites enjoy flooding us with pictures and videos that smear today's big box stores and it would be a shame to deny the public of what they want. Don't keep letting them sweep their trash under the rug. We are nothing but targets to them.....fight back and expose them.

It's true. The media loved the "small hands" controversy.
Media would love to hear how heartless Lowe's is regarding employee timeoff.
It was bad enough when you git a weekend, and worked until 1pm Friday and opened at 6am Monday.
Wonder how journalists would like to hear 6 weekends a year, and your other days off are not even together?
When it comes to safety, if you see issues (which the stores are loaded with them due to the excessive freight and lack of staffing), document the issues, take photos, and contact OSHA. If Marvin and Co think they can just brush safety aside, OSHA will job their memory as to what exactly is a safe workplace. DEC is also a good contact for hazmat issues which are prevalent throughout the stores.
