Executives who read our statements. Cut jobs at locations with overstaffed managers and foreman.

Look at the numbers Lance and Jim. Do the employee to manager ratio formula. That's another way to save money.

They have basically eliminated 2 tiers of management at our location and it's still functioning(though barely), maybe they should start figuring out how bnsf thrives with one third of the amount of managers that up does, cutting a few of those saves at tremendous amount of money vs.a lot of us. The oracle of Omaha is widely known for investing in well managed companies, so here we are.

Should start with these foreman. They don't do much. A regular floor guy can take his responsibilities for probably 25 cents more an hour than to pay for a full wage of a foreman and do a better job.

Yes and start with the VP’s. Way too many executives that don’t even know what their own job is other than being a loud mouth on their conference calls

The original poster is overstating the importance of the views expressed on this site, or the fact that this site even exists. It isn't clear why these posts about conspiracies that tie the content of this site (rants mostly) to executive level decisions keep going up or why anyone thinks that they're credible to begin with.
